**About me**

I bring humor, energy, and strong communication to the teams I work with. I’m opinionated, but I value a second opinion, listen well, and can change my mind, accept, and acknowledge I’m wrong when the better argument is there.

**Professional Summary**

Product leader with 9 years of experience across B2B SaaS with deep technical fluency and a hands-on approach to AI. T-shaped.
Partner to CEO, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering. Went through project, account management, business development, customer support, marketing skins.

Claude Code and Codex are my daily tools for research, PRDs, market analysis, prototyping, and faster decision-making, but I stay critical of AI's limits and outputs. I also advocate for practical AI adoption in product and developer teams.

Shipped SaaS and developer products across APIs, onboarding, pricing, growth, enterprise work, and cross-functional leadership. I’m strongest when the job needs both product judgment and technical fluency.

**AI and product strengths**

- Team leadership: coaching product engineers, hiring Senior PMs, cross-functional execution, mentorship
- AI-assisted discovery and execution: research synthesis, interview prep, PRDs, specs, prototyping, and daily use of AI coding agents
- AI-native product thinking: agents, RAG, confidence models, workflow design, evaluation loops
- Technical PM work: APIs, SDKs, docs, onboarding, developer workflows
- Strategy and GTM: ICP, positioning, pricing, validation, customer conversations
- Analytics and experiments: SQL, segmentation, behavior analysis, experimentation, self-service data querying.
- Fast technical ramp-up across AI tools and concepts: RAG, RAGAS, MLflow, promptfoo, Google Vertex. Did proof of concept for pension-complaint analysis grounded in regulations and past decisions. My pet projects use AI interference.

- Shipped Email API/SMTP and contributed to Campaigns and Automations: high-reliability and high-load projects
- Improved activation and retention through segmentation, behavior analysis, and lightweight experimentation.
- Increased conversion to a new product with deep cross-product integration and understanding of customers' needs and workflows

**AI Pet Projects**

[Tformance](https://tformance.com/) — AI-powered engineering analytics product, self-hosted on my homelab

- Built a live product for engineering leaders to understand delivery patterns, review bottlenecks, and AI impact.
- Used AI heavily in the build loop: specs, planning, review, investigation, and iteration.
- Inspired by internal company demand, then pushed beyond the first build: I challenged the original wedge, recognized weak demand proof, and pushed the work toward real buyer conversations, ICP refinement, and GTM learning.
- Used the project to sharpen AI coding workflows, have hands-on experience with LLM coding, and AI interference

[Parlacall.com](http://Parlacall.com) (alpha) \- International calls with AI translation. Preparing the legal stage to launch

- Complex architecture with Cloud. WebRTC, SIP, live AI translation, Google Cloud

**Helper 2.0** — evolving [helper.ai](https://helper.ai/), an open-source support product, into a B2B SaaS for technical teams.

- Defined the product wedge for technical B2B SaaS teams that want better AI support
- Built an ongoing validation motion: narrowed the ICP, shaped the GTM wedge, and turned a broad research pool into a focused first wave for outreach and design-partner learning.
- Shaped AI product direction around agents, multi-source RAG, confidence-gated replies, and deeper business context from billing, product usage, and issue-tracking systems.
- Current stage: considering a move to a customer operation system based on AI agents

[**skill-arsenal**](https://github.com/yanchuk/skill-arsenal) — reusable AI skills and workflows for AI-assisted PDM and Dev work

- Turned repeated workflows into reusable systems that improve speed, consistency, and output quality across product work.
